Four-Roller Three Times Broken Crusher

    Four-roller three times broken crusher is suitable for crushing solid materials that compression strength less than 240Mpa, moisture less than 30%. It is a superfine crushing equipment. It apply to many kinds of materials such as coke, coal, ceramic materials, ores, slag, gypsum, clay, salt, chemicals, various ores, quartz stone, granite and other solid materials with similar hardness.

    Four- roller three times crusher is a unique patented production (patent number: ZL 2010 2 0529725.7) independently developed and manufactured by our company. The four rollers surfaces can be flat surface or overlay welding surface. According to the size of discharge, we can choose different rollers. It is suitable for the super-fine crushing.The size of discharge is 0.1-5mm and feed size is less than 60mm. It can be used in many fields such as mining industry fine crushing iron ore,copper ore and gold ore, sand making industry making quartz powders, ceramics producing feldspar powders, thermal power plant manufacturing stone powder for desulfurization, cement manufacturing powder, pulverized coal, building materials plant manufacturing gypsum powder, chemical industry breaking all kinds of chemical raw materials, or in the similar occasions.
    According to customer's requirements, the driving mode is divided into triangular belt and shaft coupling. The driving power can be electric motor or diesel engine.
Working Principle

   This crusher has four rollers, they form a “S” shape arrangement. When the materials enter into the chamber, they have to go through 3 times extrusion before going out. The second and the third rollers are shared rollers, they play role in all the three times crushing activities.
