Ring Hammer Crusher Introduction

    Ring hammer crusher (ring hammer coal crusher) is ideal for crushing compression strength less than 150Mpa, moisture content less than 12%  solid materials. Working Principle

    The main working parts of the ring hammer crusher are the rotor with a hammer, the rotor is made up of the spindle, rotary table, pin and hammer head. The rotor is driven by the electric motor with high-speed rotating in the crushing cavity. When the material from the inlet into the crushing chamber, the high-speed movement hammer will blow, impact, shear, grind to break them. In the lower part of the rotor there is a sieve plate，the broken material that less than the sieve size particles will be discharged through the sieve plate，larger than the sieve size of coarse - grained retained on the sieve plate  for further blowing and grinding by the hammer, until reached particle size be discharged outside the machine through the sieve plate. Grate of the gap can be customized according to user requirements so as to change the discharge size.
