Working Principle

    The impact crusher is a crushing mechanical that using impact energy to break material. While it works, driven by the motor, the rotor will rotates in high speed. Material enters the board hammer area, after the first Impact on the rotor plate hammer , it was thrown to the counterattack device to broken again, and then bounced back from a counterattack liner for a third broken in board hammer district, this process is repeated. Material go through first broken in the first impact zone then go to the second impact area for impact broken again and then the third, the fourth broken…until the material is broken to the needed granularity, they will be discharged from material outlet.
