Hammer Crusher Introduction

Working Principle

    Hammer crusher shaft installed on multiple sets of hammer head distribution rules, with turntable and worn hammer to make up the rotor, through the motor, V-belt drive spindle, so that the rotor rotates, centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the hammer being expanded to the surrounding large after the block of material into the crushing chamber from the inlet, the high-speed rotation of the hammer is struck, to meet the requirements of the material discharged from the grate of the gap in the lower part of the crusher, mainly the materials were kept in the crushing cavity, is the hammer repeatedly hit each other head and materials until after reaching fineness is discharged outside the machine.
